For as long as I can remember, I´ve been fascinated with other languages, cultures, music, foods and lifestyles. I grew up in New Jersey, where I went to public schools and spent the summers with my immigrant grandparents because my parents were working most of the day. I studied Spanish and Latin American Literature at Rutgers University and the University of Maryland, and then I decided to live in Madrid, Spain, where I ended up spending six years. In 2006 I made the decision to join family members who had moved to Greensboro and Summerfield.

I´ve discovered that the Triad is such an amazing place to live—the people are warm, the climate is mild, and we are close to a wide variety of settings—quaint towns, large cities, curvy mountain roads, along with breathtaking coastal communities.

The space we call “home” has a huge impact on our physical as well as our emotional well-being. I realize, from my own personal experiences as a buyer or seller, that these transactions can be overwhelming without the help of a trained, passionate agent whom you can trust to listen to your needs and then look out for your best interests.

Whether you are looking to purchase or to sell, you can be rest assured that I will work diligently to exceed your expectations and help you achieve your goals. Even if you are looking outside of North Carolina, or outside of the United States, I can help, since Allen Tate is both LOCAL and GLOBAL!
